The SeaStar Outboard steering kit (HK6400A3) is unmatched in comfort and control for use on single and dual non-power assisted outboard engines up to 350HP (700 combined HP for counter-rotating duals) that have ABYC standard engine tilt tube.

The latest series of kits has been redesigned to provide a better experience for the vessel operator:
The new patent-pending valve technology ensures tighter, quieter, and more responsive steering, while minimizing the potential for chattering when dealing with overrunning steering loads.
The helms now feature more durable check valves, making the entire steering system more resilient to the rigors of trailering.
Revamped the design of these helms to enhance their aesthetics, and has introduced a new fill port plug design for easier maintenance.
